"A Real Professional!"

You absolutely can't go wrong with Robert! I've useed Robert exclusively for the last 5 years to gently clean my two historic houses due to his outstanding quality service, value, and professional, friendly attitude. He freely adds in the cleaning of little "extras" that others routinely charge for. I no longer bid out my work....I've used others before; however, none came even close to providing the overall value that Robert consistently delivers. Robert Collins of power washing plus has been around the pressure washing industry for 26 years.I used to work for a large commercial outfit called cedar clean systems, I was the supervisor over 15 guys.Which I trained in the process of restoring cedar roofs ,cedar siding ,perfections and shakes also deck restorations and the right way to clean all types of homes and materials with the right chemicals from the years of 1991 to 2001 .


We also did quite a few large commercial projects as well and we operated statewide.In those years of washing thousands of square footage of all types of materials used on homes and also restoring all types of exterior wood from mainly cedar to hardwoods I perfected a system that works.I can double or triple the life expectancy of a cedar roof if I get on it in the first 15 years,and I can get upwards to 50 years out of a pressure treated wood deck if i get on it in the first 5 years. I use nothing but oil based stains and even carry one that is environmentally friendly to use on marine docking .I love what I do and enjoy doing it on a daily basis that my quality of work reflects i expect nothing less than a 100 % as if i was working on my own home .The rates that I charge are the same as they were in 1991 when I started learning the trade and haven't changed to this day .If you really want a clean home that helps maintain the paint job and other materials used when it was built then call us so its done right the first time . I'm sincerely just an hardworking contractor with a conscience.
